Tampa is NY playground or cheap vacation home spot. Can't afford Miami move to Tampa. As mentioned it is nice with great things to do if you have friends and money. It isn't cheap and many struggle living there. It's common to roommate there because no one can afford it. The constant new construction and migration keep rent and houses on the rise yearly. My best years of life was living in Tampa. But out grew it very quickly. Jobs don't pay enough and the cost of living is always on the rise. If your already established or retired then your good. If you trying to figure it out, Tampa is not the spot unless you have support.

@tmpaflorida80Ok now im tempted to move from Fremont California to Tampa Florida 😊😊😊
@DANILO83186Too many ugly modern buildings.
@BertieTheBastard3:22 sounds like a huge waist of money
@nickyboymoneyI lived in Tampa for 10 years. It is completely unwalkable and not bike friendly. You have to have a car so traffic sucks. Cockroaches are there no matter how much you clean. People aren't the worst, but they're not friendly either. Courtney Campbell bridge is so ghetto it isn't worth going to. This video only shows you the nice parts where you can't afford to live. Most of Tampa and immediate surrounding area is ugly strip mall suburban sprawls of cookie cutter houses with gestapo HOAs. Hard pass.
@michaelsullivan5722Left NYC in 2001 with no regrets thus far. Love Tampa area! You can't move somewhere thinking your moving to where you just left.....Some people are annoying with that concept, which makes their moving here difficult. When in Rome, Do as the Romans...
@ericj6170I'm moving to TAMPA ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉😅
@GuadalupeHoward-s8t5eTampa, land of hurricane 🌀

@gregkime4883Great video, thanks for all this info!
@TraderJMGI know this is off-topic and a lot to explain, but I would like to share something. Do you ever wonder where you go when you die? The Bible makes it clear that there are only two places people will go when they die: heaven and hell. We are creations of God (Genesis 1:27), and He made us to know, love, and serve Him. However, we have all sinned against Him and broken His holy law (Romans 3:10-12; Romans 3:23; James 2:10), and the just punishment for sin is death in hell (Romans 6:23), a place of fire, pain, and misery that lasts for all eternity (Matthew 25:41; Luke 16:23-24; Revelation 14:10-11). You certainly do not want to go there, but there is wonderful news for you! Because God still loved us He sent His beloved Son Jesus Christ, to die a horrible death on a cross (John 3:16; Romans 5:8; 2 Corinthians 5:21; 1 John 2:2; 1 John 3:5). Jesus than rose from the dead and since He paid the full price for your sin, if you receive Him as your Lord and Savior, you can avoid hell and live forever with God in heaven! Jesus Christ is the ONLY way to heaven.
John 14:6- Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.
Acts 4:12- There is salvation in no one else! God has given no other name under heaven by which we must be saved.” Here is how you can receive Christ as your Savior.
1. Admit to God that you are a sinner and cannot save yourself.
2. Repent of your sin (turn from your sin and follow God- Acts 3:19).
3. Fully acknowledge and confess with your whole heart who Jesus Christ is (Romans 10:9-10).
4. Trust in Him with your whole heart for salvation (Ephesians 2:8-9).
If you have sincerely followed these steps from your heart, congratulations! You are now God's child, and you will have eternal life. Please share this wonderful news with someone!
Tampa is a very beautiful city, you should visit the Riverwalk if you like walking and beautiful views.
@CALLSIGNSAWDUSTGreat video. Kept me interested and good transitions
@raykamariveroTampa is over populated and expensive…Traffic is horrendous and the people are worse. I’ve lived in different areas and the traffic is bad all around.. daily car accidents and majority are fatal.
@oteliaha.5462so many projects... wow. the growth must be insane.
@dre.supremeAs a Tampa native born and raised. I moved. Miami local now. It’s still very much boring, how ever, I agree with the rapid growth.
It was almost unrecognizable back home couple of months ago.
You have a budget of $800,000. Yeah. That must be nice.
@daddybiggs9343I hate Tampa
@waltersmith4799I was born and raised in Michigan but resided in Vegas the past 15 years and considering relocating to the Tampa area. Anyone who has had a similar living experience recommend the move, and why?
@landonshores7004I am being interviewed for position at Moffitt, fingers crossed it looks like a real fun area to be for a family
@Evenstar213Just turned 50, love to move but a bit scary starting over. Lived on LI all my life but need a change, I work in the Automotive industry. Glad to see it’s still a car state 😊
@capricetonySee America i regrets all the time i didn't make to united States of America back in the 2005 true
@ApinderSingh-i3ithank you for this breakdown ❤
@iamestar_Hello I believe Douglas, Ga region is best to reside in 2025 the aftermath hurricane debris scatter all over on the side of the road, however the debris still clearing out by folks. Douglas, Ga area house is affordable and very magnificent landscape view as well meeting new folks/ people. Douglas, Ga does have many restaurant, mini shopping mall, department store, entertainment, and more. It’s good for family taking photograph as memory population still increasing in 2025.
@LavenderUniteIs there a big retirement community in Tampa, we are looking ahead to moving to Tampa from California.
@chrisw7402I noticed I couldn’t find studio apartments. Are they any there and if so how much on average?
@ike___loveGrew up for 22 years in tampa. If you like terrible traffic and terrible people, go for it. Your kids won't be safe as getting a drivers license is easy as starting a car, they dont even bring you on a public road. Not to mention most people don't carry insurance. The new yorkers and Californians are the rudest people I've ever met and there are more of them than real Southerners, so have fun with that. Going to the beach gets old really fast if you dont like traffic. Expect to pay 20$ to park near the beach mininum. Its all a facade to draw people who completely ruined their home states to come here and feel luxury.
@Daub0freshI’ve been on the fence of moving to FL, I think this video is the clarity I needed. Thanks
@NoahDerese8:02 Bro forgot about Lieutenant Dan😂
@PresidentLuke1Do you have hurricane in tampa?
@Anonymous88660I would like to move there but they tell me that car insurance is very high even if you have a clean driving record
@SaguaFilmsFlorida is only for millionaires. We left there in '82 after military retirement. He got a union job in Ala. w/cost of living lower, and we saved for retirement. We never would have the lifestyle if we stayed in FL. Would never go back.
@L.A.McDonoughJust don't expect good food in st pete lol
@onelife5302Really cheap cost of living! Only need 6k a month to make it
@jeffhermann19You better make >$200k a year if you want to do all those things you see people doing on TV.
@deepcowDude’s a relator and doesn’t know how to read a map? Totally pointed to Polk City when talking about strawberry picking in Plant City!
@dwaynebragg2035Let's be honest. The roads and other infrastructure are crumbling. Traffic is inexplicably bad. Food is expensive, rent is insane, car insurance is bonkers level expensive. It's over crowded, overpriced and getting worse. People move here to avoid paying state taxes. Then they are surprised at all of the nickel and diming that happens. But at least we have beaches and with how expensive real estate is we can segregate ourselves away from the poors.
