Stonebridge vs. Redpoint are very different price bands and very different commute realities to the Strip or
downtown. I work with relocating buyers in Summerlin a lot and people often shop by 'Summerlin' and end

Lived in LV since 1999. Moved to a new build home in South Summerlin in 2010. Can't imagine living anywhere else in Vegas....especially as all the other areas are going downhill and getting rundown.
