Sold my 1st Veas house in spring valley right before the crash summer 2006, older place on half acre lot. Love china town food! Then lived in Summerlin by the hospital. Nice area for schools. Now in Aliante, which is awesome. You should mention Aliante and NLV, as many commute to Nellis, VA hospital, Aliante Casino up there. Very convenient to 215/95 and shopping in Centennial. Far enough away from the Vegas hustle. Great area for military and all retirees, and less expensive than Summerlin. Also mentioning Henderson, Anthem is beautiful, horrible traffic on Eastern. Lake Las Vegas is also really nice, expensive and high HOA though.

Summerland traffic is the worst. Henderson is the 2nd safest city in America to live. You forget to mention Sunset Station, Railroad Pass and other casinos in Henderson. The best neighborhood in Henderson/Las Vegas in my opinion is in Henderson. Gibson Springs/Green Valley/McCullough Hills/St.Rose areas, imo is the best neighborhoods. Proximity to everything is great. Super quiet. Plenty of trails and parks. Plenty of shopping. Super safe. Super quiet. Overall beautiful. Traffic can be a lil heavy.

It doesn't take 45 mins to get to the airport from the North. I have take the route many times down the 215 in the morning around 8am.
