@nickknez8294I feel Greenwood Heights is becoming an extension of Park Slope especially on the other side of Prospect Expressway starting on 18 st just needs a few more restaurants on 5th ave since there is a lot of new condo development going on in the area! this area will have better investment appreciation in the next few yrs if purchasing a side street 2 family house or similar type property.
@michaeldeangelo2259I grew up and still live in Manhattan, haven't been to Brooklyn in over 2 years. To many transplants for me. I know many Brooklynites that rarely come into Manhattan too especially if they live far away like Coney Island, Bath Beach etc..
