I'm not a native English speaker, and for most of my life before creating this channel, I didn't care about the lyrics in the music I listened to. But song lyrics have been slowly adding to the destruction of our society for decades. The fact that a bad idea sounds musically pleasing doesn't make it a good idea. Addictions, crime, promiscuity, divorces, sex outside of marriage, revenge, telling lies, blaspheming, cursing, swearing, hating, making idols, taking lives before birth, and many other destructive behaviors have been spread and normalized for years through most of the things we consider entertaining. Be careful of the messages you let into your life.



Some people need to know that there is scientific evidence that God exists:



If the Theory of Evolution is true, we came from fish, and every opinion and every thought that we have is only a bunch of chemical reactions in our still-evolving brain connections. If an atheist who is consistent with the atheistic worldview says that God doesn't exist, it doesn't matter objectively and the claim is irrelevant because a chemical reaction cannot be objectively better than another one.



Nothing appears by itself. It is scientifically impossible for even a grain of sand to just start existing. If there was ever a time in the past when there was absolutely nothing, scientifically speaking, there would still be absolutely nothing. The fact that things exist means that something or someone must have always existed in order to cause them to exist. That state is called “eternity”: no time running, no beginning and no end. The Bible says that God is eternal, and that He gives us eternal life when we are reconciled to Him through faith in Jesus Christ and repentance.



Why should you believe the Bible?



This is only one of the reasons. The genealogies in the Bible between Adam (the first human being) and Jesus Christ point to humanity being only around 6000 years old. There is no verified human history from or before the year 4100 BC, which is roughly 6100 years ago.

It’s good to know these things, but what’s really important is where you will spend eternity. Some people have been able to explain it very concisely, so I will just cite one of the clearest presentations of the Gospel I have ever read, published by Living Waters in the Million Dollar Bill:
