I always think I'm doing great until it's those damned jump squats 😂😫 I do feel myself getting stronger every time tho💪

Omggg this is super hard BUT I’m happy I did it all 😂 sweating like waterfall and more than any full body exercise

@taynamorais8865Dieses Workout ist nur was für Profis, die wissen, was sie machen. Hier kann man bei falscher Ausführung leider sehr viel kaputt machen, gerade in den Knien. Ich halte mich schon für einen Fortgeschrittenen, aber dieses Workout war für mich auch ohne Zusatzgewichte nicht voll durchziehbar und jetzt habe ich Knieschmerzen. 😡
