Why does the channel guide constantly change its favorite channel settings? I'm tired of this junk and need to find something that works correctly after set up. I probably wouldn't recommend roku until they fix the issues

DO NOT BUY A ROKU TV. I TRIED TO TURN ON MY PLAYSTATION WITHOUT THE TV BEING CONNECTED AND IT WOULDNT LET ME DO ANYTHING UNTIL I HOOKED UP TO INTERNET FOR A FORCED PRE DETERMINED UPDATE THAT SOMEHOW TRIGGERED OFF INTERNET. I COULDNT USE THE TV AT ALL UNTIL I HOOKED IT UP TO INTERNET. IF I D8DNT HAVE INTERNET AT THE TIME I COULDNT PLAY GAMES OR ANYTHING. SCAM DO NOT BUY. WONT LET YOU TURN OF VOICE RECOGNITION, KEEPS TURNING BACK ON WITH FALSE ERROR
