I’m a fully qualified chef, but actually love Macdonald’s!!
(I think almost every chefs in the world love fast foods)

I always want to have freshly cooked hash brown,
but sadly it’s only sold in the morning, and I often get soggy ones which seemed to be left for while.

This recipe taste better than Macdonald’s, and stay crispy for while!!
