I literally drank that Trader Joes Cotes du Rhone (#2) 24 hours before this video posted. I agree it was disgusting, but didn't find it so much overly oaked or overly tannic as overly sweet. Either way, lots of strong unpleasant additives to cover strong and unpleasant tastes already there, with nothing good. Such a nice coincidence drinking a wine right before you post a review, hopefully next time it is a good wine.

@κ°μ¬λ-s7uHaving worked at TJβs for 10 years, my obsession was wine. TJβs like Kirkland have very good prices, but the βqualityβ was hit and miss. Once in awhile, TJβs would get a really good wine, and they didnβt last very long on the shelf. If TJβs got in a really good wine, the managers would buy it all out before customers ever got a chance to enjoy.
