in my opinion retcon sequel trilogy, and re do it all over again, as not sequel but like an own story in it self, episode 7 was not great but not that bad either it was enough to get attention towards the character backstories. Also delete Kylo Ren out of existence lmao and make the evil dude that suddenly dies in episode 8 the main villain and scale it down. That way you can leave a sequel trilogy open for george lucas's intended story but also have justice for the Actors that acted in the not so great sequel trilogy. Visually the movies were great anyways.
