We took a food tour there and really loved it. But, I got so lost during the tour that I couldn’t find my way back to that one great restaurant. Recently I found an Iphone app (Tour Journaler) that would have solved that problem. It gives you a breadcrumb trail and pins on a map of those places you find along the way. Then you can get directions (via Apple Maps) to any of those pinned spots… very cool.

@eduardohernando2849Great video. Just a thing tourist seems to miss understand: caña is the size of the beer, not the beer itself. A caña is an small size beer between 200ml - 250ml and a Doble is like a Tercio between 300ml - 350ml and then you have a Jarra or Pinta 500ml
@marcoscasado8698First of all, that cod you are eating is bacalao, and yes, it is traditionally salted to preserve it just it was before refrigeration. But the story of the cart, the way you explain it, sounds like it is still done today. Also, although Madrid is landlocked, it has some of the freshest fish around because we do have ways to transfer goods quickly and safely from just about anywhere. I am Galician, and some of the best fish and seafood from Galicia goes to Madrid. Just go to the market or a good restaurant and you'll see. As for vermouth, it's the thing now, and just like sangría, there are many ways to make it. Sorry, but I hope the rest of your video is better, but I just lost interest on anything else you had to say.
