Totally useless video. Here is why. You speak so fast shouting out complex Spanish words. There is no way to note the words or spelling to check out later. So frustrating and so easy to fix. For each Spanish named place speak slow and print out the name. Leave the name on the screen so we can write it down. You work hard and it is sad that you and so many other YouTube producers ruin their good work by making them impossible to understand and use. i have no clue where the places you mention are and how to spell and check them out.

How’s the weather there during late December through late January? And also any other cities I can visit via high speed rail for day trips ?
@BK_718We love Madrid. As New Yorkers, it always feels like home. One barrio that I've come to like is Pacifico. It is a bit off the beaten path, but not touristy at all and very quiet. We love to walk and are metro savvy, so it's easy to get around. Of course, one pro tip, if you are renting an apt, be sure it's not near the trash/recycling bins. The glass bins, when picked up make a lot of noise. Thanks for the video.

Just visited Madrid, and you must add Jardines de Sabatini to your list. Moderately priced, perfect location next to the Palace, beautiful Palace views day or night and especially awesome terrace view of the palace at night. The people who run it are awesome as well. Absolutely should be on your list !!!

@USlakeGood video. My suggestion if you are an English speaker to stay in the Hilton Madrid. Near the airport. it’s where the British,Australians and Americans stay. The staff all speak impeccable English. Why is this important? Because if don’t speak Spanish it’s good to have a “Base camp” where you can ask people who live there for advice. Sometimes not being able to speak your own language is exhausting. I always stay at the Hilton.

@elsavaldivia1602I lived in Lavapiés from mid 2014 to mid 2015, never felt any danger. If you don't already know this, nobody messes with the police in Spain. They are tough. Also, El Corte Inglés refers to English (cut) fashion; La Corte Inglés would then refer to the English Royal Court.
