@jfk1998No one is having kids, there will be no need for more housing. There are lots of empty houses now in every place you look. People act like everything happening is a quick glitch and that there is a path back to normal. They are blinded by their desires and expectations.
@ne14truthInsurance companies are using the costs of rebuilding a house ( replacement value) a primary reason for escalating premiums. USAA keeps raising my premiums for house and vehicle ( bundled) every 6 month renewal. It is becoming untenable, have a mortgage so must keep insured. This is a back door way to push homeowners out of their individual homes. My other insurances keep going up also like long term insurance. Deliberately trying to price me out. Immoral behaviors born of greed.
@Rhoda-w1eInfinite growth on finite resources was never going to work. Glad we can finally admit this Truth. I'm 40 years old and the American dream has always been a delusion to me. Wage growth and inflation decoupled 2 decades before I ever entered the workforce. How was I supposed to succeed in this system again ?
@dustinweaver1066There isn't going to be the antiquated building with wood anymore. It's 2026 people. Shelter is going to be seen differently. Adapt, or well..
... you'll see.😂🤣😂🤣
Garbage click bait -- for likes and subscribers 😂😂lies😮😮houses are being built with concrete forms-- as well with steel beams-- garbage content - incorrect propaganda hype causing unnecessary anxiety
@ziruk-king4466Take away Canadian tariffs. They can fire up the mills quickly.
@AndyH84Coincidentally the forest fires are raging in Florida and Georgia in pine rich acreage (future lumber and toilet paper supply... oh wait didn't a toilet paper warehouse just burn down? I'm sure it's just a coincidence and I'm completely blowing things out of proportion 😂) and it's totally normal that the fires are burning up the land that the new ai data centers are going on and now there's not going to be as much pushback for ecological reasons. So I guess with all this stuff going on the only questions that really matter is who benefits from all this and how can we take advantage of these "opportunities" to make some money from this? Do we invest in lumber futures or do we find out the names of the ai centers that are going in and invest in them? Anyone have any better ideas?
@brandonbaker6129The lumber quality was already crap...maybe its time to start using cement block and steel frame!
@MauriceLabandeiraI am currently renovating my house. Just ordered the hardwood flooring today. Yes it was pricey but that was partially because I'm doing Herringbone. My Husband and I wouldn't be able to do it if we didn't own a home renovation business. We are doing ALL the labor on our own. I can't imagine trying to do what we are doing but having to pay for the labor.
@jenikajones6743You sound like a combination of Ai, and you.
@danielbush3099Don't buy the courses. The information provided can be found for free on the internet. All it is is repackaged and sold. Chances are you'll have less success than if you just try to figure it out on your own.
@yourdaddy1512Not to worry Trump is selling our national forests to loggers and mining companies
@lisagayhart2482There ISNT going to be a NEXT House Rebound..
@DangerZone-w6ySo does this mean to invest in lumber? Just to summarize. Or will demand be gone as well with low build.
@annmariemcintosh4188This is actually a good video, very informative. I have to take these factors into account... Especially if I'm contracting in California.
