I am Canadian and planning a trip there. The left side thing is strong here too. And interestingly... I guess because of our close connection as a Commonwealth nation... we pronounce most of those words that way too.
Like Worstershur, not worchestershire.

I love London and I just want to say the London Eye is well worth! That and the Tower of London are always my go to when I visit. One with an amazing view and the other full of history.

My advice is avoid rip off unfriendly immigrant invested London. Visit the rest of the UK instead to see the real UK. Edinburgh Cardiff and Belfast are much better capital cities and won’t rip you off as much steal your mobile phone or rob, mug you. Have a nice day 😇

July and August has always been my most favourite months in London!! London becomes heaven under sunshine! How can you ask people to avoid London at the best months! This is a wrong advise! I have been living in London for over 10 years. The joy of life outside, at the nature, at the high streets peaks always in July and August. You ride bikes everywhere without rain, you lie down on the grass at every garden/park without feeling cold or being wet! You play with all the animals. You can walk from morning all midnight, early morning until next sunrise without feeling cold! Summer is the best time to visit London. Tube is maksimum 20-30 minutes. It is a little warmer inside yes but this beautiful season is not to be missed because of a gew extra sweats. Remember London is cold or chilled 9-10 months every year and when you get to the tube/metro it helps people to quickly feel warm!
