Judge Mark Gildea has ordered every atty who has filed a Notice of Appearance as of 6/8/26 in this wrongful death case to appear in court ( with 48 hours notice) for a hearing on the alleged leak of Michael Proctor's impounded filing regarding his inability to appear for his deposition. Should be interesting!
Once again Karen is not getting fair treatment, this is disgraceful.

I truly think the simple answer is that a bad faith actor sent the judge Aidanâs tweet with the 2:52PM GMT timestamp (10:52 EDT), and he foolishly fell for it. TBâs source is irrelevant (for legal purposes) if it wasnât one of the attorneys or parties, which he has stated.
