Why would this officer not initially mention or remember that there was a bald man driving the car in the ring video and 3 other people were with him? All he mentioned was that “Tyler Robinson” could be seen exiting and entering the car. What is going on?

This corrupt cop just can NOT give a straight answer to the defense. He always has to question, clarify and qualify the question before answering, and even then, in the end, he doesn't always give a straight answer. Just a few examples, and just from today, there was more like this yesterday:

1:20:31 - Q: "When did you go on the roof? A: "I don't recall."
1:21:05 - Q: "Did they find casings around the building? A: "When you say around, do you mean how close?"
1:23:02 - Q: "Had you prepared a timeline?" A: "A documented written timeline?"
1:24:17 - Q: "Nothing about the individual on the roof..." A: "Of the individual on the roof?"
1:24:39 - Q: "Before he turned himself in, you didn't know who he was, right?" A: cough cough "Excuse me, determined who he was?"
1:31:45 - Q: "You testified Mr. Kirk was dead center..." [Just including this because WOW what a choice of words. DEAD center!]
1:32:20 - Q: "Is there anyone in the middle?" A: "Yes theres a videographer." Q: "To the right..." A:"Yes behind" Q: "But DIRECTLY IN THE MIDDLE, ANYONE?" A: "No one stood in the middle, no." [WHY IS THIS SO CONFUSING?!?]
1:33:14 - Q: "The video you showed is only 1 of the 4 you had?" A:"That - that - the one shown had a bates number..." Q: "But were there more you haven't seen?" A: "There's the original footage." Q: "Were there other angles not shown today?" A: "Yes." [PHEW!! Got a direct answer, finally!]
1:36:44 - Q: "You interviewed a woman named MISS NOBEL? A: "We interviews her for authentication..." Q: "Were you involved in THAT interview?" A: "With Miss Nobel?" [WHO DO YOU THINK SHE'S ASKING ABOUT, OFFICER?!]
