I'd go back and review this. Seriously? 1/2 mill houses? Contractors are throwing up anything and everything here, even in floodplains. The town has turned to crap because of the influx. Rent is not as cheap as he says; you get crap at 1200. Builders cut down the wooded area, built a school and tons of housing next to a racetrack, and bitched about the noise, so that's gone at year's end. People move here and complain about the quarry blasting and the military base's training and activities. What did you expect? New Providence is riddled with homelessness and drug activities. Power Street has trashy trailer houses. Jobs here are not as available as you'd think. Small business owners do not pay enough to support the rising housing costs of over 1200 to 2400 a month. There are now vehicle break-ins where the residential areas once were safe. Housing near AP college and Kraft St has shootings and stabbings. The infrastructure does not support the influx of people moving here. You won't be happy. We have 6-figure ghettos now. Our mall is not 2 story. Downtown is not as great as you'd think. It's just a few blocks of shopping, not as big as he makes it sound. Traffic is bad, plan on getting stuck in traffic crossing town. If you have kids, be cautious of drivers not stopping for school buses on Tiny Town.
