@hordašsamjaWhat if Mario doesn’t respawn he enters an alternate timeline and everything gets slightly different. Because Luigi killed Mario but he stepped on a banana and then it got terminated. When Mario respawned Luigi jumped over the banana. Probably unintentional but it would be good for some future plot.
