I think it's better to mix it up, slow first fast second and visa versa, but I think when learning Italian etc there may be a benefit in hearing the leaning language Italien) first, depending on what stage your at.

@fatimaomer2930Does the website/app have videos like this one but with work conversations? I want to be able to communicate with my coworkers more. It'd be helpful for things like asking for help, giving directions (like up, down, under), asking for items to be given or sent, etc.
Also, I like fast first then slow!
I prefer the normal pronunciation first followed by the slower one

@AIKABAHATII prefer listening to the faster speed first, to understand how it sounds like normally, then use the slow version to mimic.
