you could just say what everyone already know about russell, he's a candyass and only does well when its all car and not driver. we see it in other motor sports as well, as long as a mediocre driver has a perfect car guided by the off track crew and technicians the driver does well, to me that is what makes the difference in a race car driver and a hired monkey.
