The housing market is flashing warning signs — but a full housing crash is NOT inevitable.

A basic old single-family home increased in price from 200k to 1 million since 2019.This was by design by the DC Mafia and banking cartel to destroy society. Interest rates to 0%, free money to produce nothing. $40 trillion dollars of debt to import 20 million migrants. Giving young people no hope of a future and touting the benefits of Communism. We need to raise Fed Funds Rate to 12% Mortgages to 16% to bring the old house back to 200k. 200K @ 16% 30 year -20% down =2133 mo. interest +1% tax 200 verses 1 million @3% -20% down =2000 mo. interest +1%tax 1000 mo.

In this video, we break down what’s REALLY happening in the housing market right now, why panic is spreading, and whether a housing market collapse is actually coming.

Mortgage rates, affordability, inventory, foreclosures, and buyer demand are all shifting fast. Some are calling it the next 2008 — others say this time is different. So which is it?

When I heard about the Rate Buy Down, I thought, this is just an ARM loan again. Here come the REOs.

— @marioestrada4473

This isn’t hype. This is a reality check on the housing crash narrative and what homeowners, buyers, and investors need to know right now.

If you’re worried about:

We did an adjustable rate mortgage in 1982 when we bought our first home at 14 1/2% interest, but here’s the kicker…… we only paid 46,000 for the house and I want to do that again today we did refinance it after a couple of years because the interest rate then started to go down and down and down…. I hate to say it, but I would do that again today if I could get a decent price on a home but the problem in today’s world really is not the interest rates. It’s the prices of the homes and people that make $75,000 a year which is the national average I think cannot qualify for a decent home and you cannot tell me that everybody in the United States makes over $100,000 a year because they do not…….

• A housing market crash

• Home prices falling

Who would want to live in a town that even its most ardent fans of the past have grown to hate? And only because all major league sports want to normalize gambling do they have any interest at all in having teams in Vegas, otherwise no.

— @carpe996

• Rising foreclosures

• Mortgage rate pressure

😂😂

• A potential real estate collapse

…this video is required watching.

That 1.3 million is worth 250k.

That house shown is nice, but it will need to drop in price by 50% in order to sell.

why would you pay for a 4/4 for $1.3M in Vegas? that's completely stupid. Damn we're definitely going to redo 2008

I dont know vegas housing market but i am sure they over built new home tracts to the moon ,maybe even worse than here in riverside county
That means existing homes get devalued and you end up with entire blocks of wasted ragged homes vacated, weedy or REO'ed but held
by the bank empty because no one wants them except for RE vultures who buy them dirt cheap, do a quick fix and try to resell them.

I track riverside county housing bubble and it is nosediving. We get scant attention here because it is un-glamourous and dull here, rickety farmland converted to dull as F*ck lennar new homes built to last a couple yrs. Endless conveyer belt of new tracts spreading like a cancer
all over SW riverside county. This causes existing homes to devalue and it is happening now, in mid-2026. I put 1454 Windrider Rd 92582 5.3 2000 sq ft /7500 lot as prime example. Sold for 280K in july. But there are 1000 more like this ready to go REO foreclosure just in hemet.

Thank you Scott for always conveying great economic reporting. The pres seems to be bailing out banks and spending taxpayers $ like there's no tomorrow with nations debt in 40 trillions.😢
