Just In Time delivery is the worst thing what could happen for the people. Huge amounts of pressure on road networks etc. it’s horrible. And cars got more expensive although they saved billions

Watching thousands of cars roll out daily is mind‑blowing! 🚗 The robotics and logistics here are pure poetry. But not everyone needs a factory this huge. For rapid prototypes, low‑volume runs, or custom CNC parts without the wait, we're your agile partner at JevnyMFG. Big respect to the engineering marvels! 🔧

@JordanHardin-i3qPlease reconsider the decision to discontinue the production of the poor CVT transmission, as it has caused economic damage to car owners, is not durable, frequently malfunctions, and offers no benefit whatsoever.
@هواوي-ض1فAnd they still run on wheels. Impressive! 😁
@B2CWorldimpresionante esta fabrica
@TecnolofSo Volkswagen had a glorious start. They made cars for the greatest of all time.
@istoleyourfridgecall911There's an employee and assassin that works at the auto factory near Birmingham , Alabama, he puts the spokes on the wheels. Mosts likely at Eissmann Automotive.
@SuperThomaspaineVery interesting
@Boris-w3oAll that tech and they still can’t stop oil leaks. They build some of the most unreliable cars there.
@onomatopoeidiaDespite the partial destruction, remarkably, the factory started delivering vehicles again just 6 months after the end of World War II
@lecorbusier6791crazy that all tht high tech, still relies on old school trains, to move materials in and finished product out.
@sixmax11❤❤😂😂🎉😢😮😅😊op
@DhanashriYadav-q2gNot to take anything away from German engineering expertise. but I have often heard that biology, even at the level of the simplest biological cell, is far more complex than our most sophisticated industrial factory.
@user-sk2fw8jq3mWarum sehen die Modelle von VW so schlecht aus!! Die Ingenieurskunst ist natürlich mega.
@alexanderlucas3287But if the middle class can't afford a new car....?
@ZEZERBINGI have vw passat 2013 B7 and when i look at the timing chain and tension i worry. I sent it to 14 different mechanic workshop and they couldnt even fix it.
@MawuliAmoo-y8yWOW amazing that factory !! Greetings from Edwin,city of Eindhoven ( Brainport Eindhoven,ASML ) The Netherlands !
@EdwinWeelVW Group and Toyota use to Vie for being the worlds largest car manufacturer. Now VW is 2M vehicles behind Toyota . That’s substantial. VW is likely to have further reducing sales so why expand the output?
@Headmaster2NZVW Group of the legacy auto makers has at least developed EVs , now over 10% of total output. But! The Chinese are coming world wide and will make things difficult. Then after the Chinese cars will be Chinese autonomous cars, that is going to take some time but it will reduce car ownership substantially
@Headmaster2NZIt amazes me that production can handle so many variations say for different markets, different customer specifications all those variation with different parts, colours, engines and components need to arrive and be assembled into that exact car
@Headmaster2NZThe VW group has falling sales. Global sales have dropped from over 10M to just under 9M in 2025. Sales in the big markets of China and the U.S. are expected to fall further. VW have already closed factories in Germany. Is it prudent to do a costly expansion?
@Headmaster2NZExtremely impressive factory. I passed it while on a train a few years ago. What is sad is that despite all this focus on productivity and high-technology, Volkswagen and Audi products have terrible reliability and quality problems, and have had so for many years. They don't compete at the level of Toyota or Hyundai. Consumer Reports and JD Powers figures bear this out.
@jhtprojects4431Industrial robots do not have stepper motors on their axis. They are AC servo motors that are coupled to either an RV gear or on some cases on smaller arms, a harmonic Drive. They are mostly tied to RV gears. Which are very robust rock solid drive units with pretty much zero backlash.
@BuiltDifferently01amazing
@AutolinezoneToo bad Volkswagens are still so unreliable!
@northeast8215Actually there were decades of stagnation in both design & innovation 💡 all due to their inbuilt union staffing issues etc.
It directly affected the end products.
Wait so Britain was like hey look at this plant here we might as well just colonize it real quick... No sense in letting this utilitarian wartime facility go to waste.
@matthewhealy4752❤❤
@روتاناايمليI have owned VWs, BMWs, Mercedes and Porsches. All of them express from their roots a sense of quality and driving pleasure...and uniformly poor reliability compared to Japanese cars which are, in turn, slightly above mediocre in driving pleasure. Both nationalities are very resistant to maintenance and repair compared to American cars which demonstrate mediocre reliability and numb driving experience.
Nothing is perfect.
