What sense does it make that Ryan murders Judy, and Cindy who were both kind, caring, financially, and empathetic towards him?
Yet in his twisted, drug-altered mind he thought killing Judy and lying to all the people who were around the neighbourhood so he could spend her money, drive her vehicle, and live in her home, which he had been doing before that, was a good idea? It only caused him further issues with Cindy one of her closest friends.
When he no longer had the answers to her questions, he then premeditated Cindy's murder as well, which ultimately should have ended his life.
