I do like and sometimes take inspiration from your videos and turn it into really healthy snacks.
I do acknowledge that you’re doing keto inspired snacks however, I don’t always see healthy in your recipes. There is a lot, I mean a lot of processed foods going on there like processed meats, processed snacks and highly processed cereals ect. Not always what I would expect to see on a “healthy food channel “ for kids!

Every mother should be cooking these foods for their children so that they are not going to get hooked on carbohydrates and be fat. I feel so sorry for little kids when I see them fat and in high school being fat. They don't have a happy childhood because they get teased and they can't go swimming like all the other kids without feeling self-conscious. And the high school kids they get bullied. I'm in my sixties but I had two boys and I limited them to to only one sweet item a day or a soda pop not both. We were pretty poor I couldn't afford other treats. But my sister was rich and bought every sweet treat and her child was very heavy and so was my sister and she became diabetic. So? there's something to say about being poor you can't afford all those sweet treats and carbohydrates.
