1.5 cups almond milk
In this video, we're going to share a delicious keto blueberry avocado smoothie recipe. We're always looking for fun ways to have drinks, side dishes, and more while keeping them keto-friendly. This fantastic keto-friendly blueberry smoothie recipe has avocado in it, and you can't even taste the avocado.
My father has a benign enlarged prostate. Can I give him almond milk? I know blueberries and avocado are good for him.
This keto smoothie has blubbery, avocado, almond milk, and it's sweetened with a small amount of erythritol. It's always great when you can sneak some healthy fats like avocado into your meals. Low-fat foods spike the reaction on the glycemic index as well as the insulin index if you do really low-fat protein. But, the fat in this healthy smoothie from the avocado helps buffer the small amount of sugar in the blueberries. Blueberries also have antioxidants that help fight free-radicals.
This is a smooth and creamy blueberry smoothie packed with healthy fats to keep you going all day. It's fresh, not too sweet, and it's super tasty. Even your kids will love this!
I'm just waiting to buy a blender, i want to make this every week for breakfast because i cycle 🚲 every morning, and i tend to get thirsty and hungry afterward. So this will be good to fill me up.
We hope you enjoy this delicious keto blueberry avocado smoothie recipe. Thanks for watching!

I’m allergic to chocolate, shell fish.Plus I don’t eat pork. The smoothie looks good. Do you have the recipe.😊 I started this journey on 12/30/24 am doing good. Have to find things to eat cause I don’t eat what most people eat. 😢
@marcyspanoGood it’s my first time eating avocado
@marcyspanoI hope Dr Eric isnt like this when he takes his wife for a date 😂 Honey what nutrient is in your dish? 😅
@SakuraHayashi-u2m3 cups of blueberries in a keto smoothie?? That's 44 grams of sugar. This recipe is not remotely keto. It's not even low carb. And you claim it is NOT super sweet with a 1/4 cup of erythritol on top of those 44 grams of sugar?? What have you done to your palate?!
@RubysCreekI love the music🤭
@elsieafwandemusicWhy almond milk vs raw grass fed whole milk?
@lorettamuhammad5753I use allulose or liquid stevia for the sweetener to avoid any digestive issues.
@ddobrien1Would just add honey
@DevilWitch519Can i drink this in dinner, just this for dinner adding almond butter. I am having two meals per day, i don't need to loose weight, I am naturally thin.
@lupeb6567Thank you Dr. Berg for a wonderful recipe!
@Dianah1952This guy is such a fraud. Look up his credentials!!
@sallymae5893Not a good combination. Flavanol-rixh fruits like blueberries should not be mixed with high PPO fruits like bananas, apples and avocados
@AlejoRod73I only like advocado spread Karen and dr berg
@annalexander6042I take it this is a recipe for two then? Anyone know what the calories/carbs/protein/fats numbers are?
@ChrisCole75Almonds are not good...sub with organic coconut milk...leave out the erythritol
@sherrynowak1327Would this be good for type II diabetes?
@Tiger-HeartCouldn't stand you 2 but liked the recipe.
@leonardsargent5888U two look alike😅
@travellerz_galKaren...I crack up every time you say "love" and "good things" instead of what your husband is expecting to hear. Thanks for not taking everything super serious!!😂
@franceshampton8767You guys are a riot! Dry humor is awesome
@SpearChuck777Better than being fat & tired.

@BlackkeyescaperoomsCan I eat blueberries with osteoarthritis?
@vivenneholden1018Looks really tasty. Thank you for the recipe 😍
@KetoCookbooksCornerOK what am I missing. Looked it up and 3 cups of blueberries comes to 60 net carbs. May be healthy but Keto???
@steve-wright-p4cYou had me till I saw your 4th ingredient in which you didnt mention in your promo. ERYTHRITOL.
why and what is it.
Ive been wondering if there was a good tasting keto smoothie and that one sounds like it would be good. I will be trying it soon!!
@steve-wright-p4cI wasn't sure this was strictly keto with all those blueberries, but I made half and then only ate half of that, and no glucose spike. Put some Isopure protein in there too. Tasted Delish!
@fyuriusryage5353Your wife looks so skinny…how did she lose weight? 😅🧐
@Liberty-bc3sucurious how many net carbs per 8 oz glass of this smoothie?
@supermywifeOk just made it, its definitely good. But I judt read the back of the bag. And blueberries are DEFINITELY not keto. Crap!
@davidmatute7830Buonissimo!! ☀️
@530730Can u not use fresh blueberries
@daryldoherty3300Can't get over the sugar-free gum tang of the erythritol...could I use something else keto?
@lauranglover521I love unsweetened coconut milk. Can I sub out the almond milk? Thanks 😊
@larrysargentjrKaren does not look well. Is this the result of keto? She looks like she's aged 20+ years.
@carolynmobbs8834You 2 are a mess! I love it!
@Kato-kinewhich sugar has the best taste (tastes like sugar) for keto recipes?Thank you in advance.
@Eduforall_I have a Smoothie recipe too:
Lemon powder, Noni powder, Goji powder, Buckthorn powder, Papaya powder, Acai powder, Red Beet powder, Kelp powder, Spinach powder, Moringa powder, Garlic powder, Cayenne Pepper powder, Tumeric Powder, Black Pepper powder, Cinnamon powder, Ginger powder, Cilantro powder, Parsley powder, whole Buttermilk powder, and a scoop of Vegetable Protein Powder (complete blend for all amino acids).
Those are the powders.
TIP: You might take some time upfront each week to take all the powder ingredients you will need, and put them in small single container, which you can then just quickly dump (the whole container) into your blender each time you make a smoothie. Prepare as many of these containers, all at once, as you have time for because it saves you time in the long run.
Then I add: 1 frozen peeled banana (or scoop of Plantain powder), unfiltered apple juice, orange juice (with pulp), unfiltered Apple Cider vinegar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, filtered water, raw Honey, some ice cubes.
Makes a good 2 x 24 ounce servings - enough for 2 people, or save 1 serving for later that day or next day. Mildly sweet taste. Mildly peppery taste. Mildly tart taste. Pleasant over all taste.
Thanks Karen for the cool and yummy recipes. This one sounds great.
@ThomasdracupKaren is so funny 😂
@SendupprayerKaren, where does your compulsion come from to frequently undercut whatever question or statement your husband makes in these videos. it's not funny. it makes you look insecure and like you're willing to throw someone under the bus to try to look "edgy" or something. I don't know who modeled that for you when you were young but you really need to reflect on it and root that seed out, and not reproduce it in your own relationship.
@AdamBrass2300Not too much sugar with cold cups of blueberry??
