My uncle died when I was a kid after coming home traumatized from the battle zone... He got to be a father, but barely. I was expected to follow in his footsteps, as someone without funds or education.

I wish I knew this song back when I made the choice to turn my back on it, but it helps me cope with the lingering grief all these years later.
