Are you going to a review of Jurassic world rebirth

โ€” @DerrickCollinMilkeCovey-k3o

The biggest film of it's time, Jurassic Park sent Spielberg to new heights, brought Crichton back in vogue and sparked a worldwide obsession with inaccurate paleontology! The question does remain though.. has the film stood the test of time, or did it just scrape by in the first place thanks to it's flashy effects?

The velociraptors known as the big one helped hide the fact that they switched sexes to start breeding from Muldone when they kept attacking the fences. They must have wanted some privacy

Who knew the scariest predator in the movie is BEFORE they get to the island.

@JAmmaring
@

The movie does explain the triceratops sickness by saying it wad plants that were there for cosmetic looks and not for consumption by the dinosaurs. No the trex didn't just have a goat and tires. It literally ate the lawyer before the chase scene

I have to disagree with

Even though the film has its faults, I bloody love it. I saw it when it first came out at the cinema & I was blown away by the top of the range cgi. I remember thinking, wow, theyโ€™ve made dinosaurs look real. I was in nerd heaven.

@daisysunshine1324
@

The CGI was just okay?!!!?! It was done by ILM and was light years ahead of anything else at the time.

Iโ€™m getting oldโ€ฆ. I was 15 when I watched this video Iโ€™m 26 now

@

I remember watching this movie over and over during my childhood

Edit: the jurassic park game from tall tail games actually explains why the contingency thing didn't work in the sequels because a scientist woman cured it i believe

@neatgamer5999
@

You can argue that these are not dinosaurs but the idea of dinosaurs that Dr. Wu and Hammond had because they were made for showmanship and not realism (The Flea Circus metaphor that Hammond was talking about.)

@ShivShrike
@

Did not notice he was an ass grabber.. especially of a child.. weird af. But good catch on your part

This is one of my favorite books and movies of all time. Gennaro was much cooler in the book.

Hey, where did you get your video clips from?

@mattstewart4002

It was me. I killed the dinosaurs!

@philywilly1262

You can see the strings on the t-rex when it eats the lawyer.

@philywilly1262
@

You can see the one of the raptors is wearing a digital watch in the kitchen scene. Which doesnt make sense cos dinosaurs can't tell the time.

@philywilly1262
@

The Lysene contingency is actually metioned in the jurassic park 2 Decker.

@philywilly1262
@

Rexy should gotten her spin-off solo movie and just be 1 hour 45 minutes of Rexy just stomping around New York City causing chaos, and destruction and eating people, basically 1 hour and 45 minutes of non stop dinosaur action.

@Heloveshisladiesblonde
@

So many good films with dinosaurs. So it's like one of the tropes that people have used before. Everything is better with dinosaurs.

After rewatching your vid i just realised Grant is not just an assgraber: at 11:09 he clearly "missgrabs" and flatout has his hand on Lexy's breast. Shame on you Grant, shame on you!!!

@Kalmaggedon
@

kinda harsh i think. see. i think the movie was better than the book for this particular one. but thats my opinion ya know. it was a good fuckin movie.

@timetraveler1973
@

Yeah the mystery of the dinos getting off the island in the book was sort of important overall. The computer systems that were responsible for keeping tabs on the Dinos. Weren't designed to keep track of "the body count rising". Since they weren't supposed to be breeding. Just would alert if it dropped below a specific number. So the dinos breeding in the wild was ACTUALLY plot relevant. Because dinos were able to stowaway on ships without the computers alerting anyone.

@deadaccount7520
@

I listened to the book on audio and like many books Spielberg adapted from, hot damn was it different!

There were both good and bad things to it and I'd recommend it to any JP fans.

@JHaru777
@

I mean the velociraptor is more of the size of a Utah raptor.

@7r3x1992
@

So, I realize it's several years too late to be commenting this, but I feel compelled to explain that the reason why Dennis was in such a hurry was b/c he found out through a video conversation via one of the dock's cameras that the ship he was supposed to leave on after stealing the embryos was going to leave earlier than expected due to the hurricane passing through.

@mahmoodsheikh136
@

Anyone notice that Tim could've slipped though the fence rather than climbing it and the distance that he travelled after being shocked was inconsistent to where Grant and his sister were standing

@Tiber234

Nuns on the Run

Sadler- They're coming through the glass!
Hammond- GRANT!!

@jessicamcneill2463
@

I have to wonder: if ON switch is far away from the control center and dangerously close to raptor pen....why didn't they first sent someone there with a radio BEFORE turning the system off?
Like "I'm there. Let's do this", turns the power off, "Turn it back on", turns the power back on and raptors probably fry themselves to death while thinking that the fence is permanently off.
The end.

And 6 years later we get the WEIRDEST waste of CGI...
Dungeons and Dragons.

Finding out that T-Rex were most likely scavengers just makes this film and review even funnier.

The tyrannosaurus at the end showed up because it was Hunting Grant when he heard him yell trying to scare the kids with the Fence.

At the same The raptors are following Ellie after the power gets turned on.

They collide in the visitors center

@anthroposlogica9379

Watch JP and Tremors and you will see a lot of similarities that make Michael Crichton look like a plagarist, as Tremors came out years before the book was published.

@seanwilkinson7431

3:53 velociraptor jumped on the back of its prey or used there claws to stab the neck

@michaelbuono4007

Youโ€™re a good dude

@charlesfox5599
@

This video is so bad itโ€™s painfulโ€ฆ

@peterlenihan5712
@

Why the fuck would you lure a t-rex with a small goat? First, I think that counts as animal cruelty. Second, I doubt many parents want their kids to witness the death of an animal like that. Third, the goat is comparatively tiny to the point where the rex mustโ€™ve been pretty desperate to go for the goat in the first place. You wouldnโ€™t use a mouse to lure a lion, youโ€™d be better off using an antelope.

@kratal122
@

Grant is kind of an ass grabber ๐Ÿ˜†

@sovereign3351
@

Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

@isaacsmith6878
@

Well actually the Brachiosaurus sneezing is relevant to the plot because it's showing that multiple dinosaurs are sick like the triceratops and Brachiosaurus so even if Jurassic Park didn't die the disease might have spread and all the dinosaurs would have died.

@somerandomkid3239

Well also itโ€™s frog dna and frogs arenโ€™t birds
