I took up for him because I hadn’t gotten to this point yet, but yeah, maybe you should have just had the champ on by himself. At the end of the day, he did the fighting. @ΓιωργοςΑργυροπουλος-ι8ωi never check anyone’s fingers and haven’t tried it in gloves but there’s a three finger grip that in certain cases is better than any other grip because you can maneuver your elbows better than any other grip. i like it for collar ties because i can turn it into a choke. you put your thumb between the index and middle fingers of the other hand then do like you would for a gable grip and now you can collapse the space between your forearms. mittens would take that grip away 100%

It’s funny I don’t drink water in training either. We do 10 - 5 minute rounds of BJJ and positional sparing for like 4 rounds. I just never feel like I need it. But afterward I drink like a fuckin camel. lol
