The Office (2005)
From "The Office": an American television mockumentary sitcom broadcast on NBC. Created as an adaptation by Greg Daniels of the British series of the same name, it is a mockumentary that follows the day-to-day lives of the employees of the Scranton, Pennsylvania branch of Dunder Mifflin, a fictional paper supply company. Jim often threw D'wight under the bus, D'wight taunted Jim when opportunity presented itself and Charles and Jim were more alike than different. That's what makes this so funny. Charles got off humbling Jim while Jim got off using D'wight as a scapegoat.

I dont get why so many people in the comments hate Jim. I mean why you even watch the office then when you hate one of the major characters?
Overall i like the contrast of the bosses which created different dynamics than before.

@gershomkoinei8256The funny thing is that Charles to me seems like a very normal boss. Firm and to the point, but fair. He let Jim know his place in the hierarchy which I think Jim needed for a long time.

All of them.
That's because Michael was the best salesman the world had ever seen, AND Jim, Dwight, Stanley, and Phyllis (screw Andy Bernard) were all very good at their jobs, in very different ways.
Charles never, ever understood that.
It was nice seeing Charles get it in the end.

@dominicbeller8700I always found it interesting how Stanley seems more comfortable with Charles, considering he's been stuck with Michael for decades. Like the most bored out, disinterested worker who's so close to retirement found so much comfort in Charles' more conventional corporate leadership.
And tbf, as cold as Charles is, he really seems like a good boss to work with since he does take on his surbodinates' whacky ideas (like football after work).
