For the past 20 years (i.e as long as i've been watching football), non PL teams generally win the Champions League. On Fulham fan's logic, wouldn't you expect the EPL winner to typically win the Champions League also?

I agree about the club World Cup is boring but huge disagree about World Cup.
Wc have it’s own atmosphere and excitement, because you have first the knockout stages every team fights to qualify and you get surprises some top tier teams who won the cup before don’t even qualify and you get teams fights to death to qualify for the first time in history. Also it benefits football because there’s people who don’t care about football start to watch and love it and continue watching after that any league ( I have two of my friends what didn’t care about football and after the Qatar world cup they are obsessed with football and watch every game of the club they decided to support).
And also people of the country that playing in wc will go to their team’s games to watch and have fun like how we see rn it brings people together, and you watch good football in top of that teams be fighting to death, you see underdogs surprise the world of how they play beautiful football and defeat top tier teams. World Cup shine the light on countries and players that the world doesn’t know about and how good they’re. It’s never boring

do not get me wrong, the Premier League is an amazing league, easily in my top 3 especially in its prime. but in reality being best in England, a country, means NOTHING compared to winning a trophy that designates you and your team as the best players/club in your CONTINENT.

Well they did wanted to make a super league with the top 5 teams in each of the top 5 leagues in Europe. That would create insane amount of games at high level. When top teams play the bottom their mentality sinks to the ground the roster changes and the play for a draw or loose the game.

Champions League is like the world cup for clubs so imo thats a bigger achievement than the league title.
U cant compare the Turkish league to English and Spanish ofc but galatasaray for example wins almost every year. One club that is now even in the 6th division or something won it
in 2009.
In the CL gs has some good games but never get far. But okay then again they also wouldnt be champions in the English or Spanish league but CL is just the top in clubs
