Social Workers are not just paper pushers. Many work in clinical settings and if anything, having more men in mental health is much needed. We have crisis of men, younger and older, needing talk therapy as many do not feel comfortable doing it because they find it to be emasculating.

If women are "better" as social workers, it's based purely on #'s and not much else.

She’s lying with her opening statement. We all see it across the country. I’ve seen it in Oregon, the Bay Area, San Diego, and Florida. And like he said they won’t admit the quiet part out loud but the emphasis isn’t equality it’s female empowerment.

Men and woman are not equal.

There’s a reason why 3rd world countries are most conservative countries compared to 1st world ones.

In the 3rd world, natural human survival instincts in both men and women force both genders to report to their natural gender roles.

In the 1st world, there’s advanced technology and resources that help accommodate women to the point where they feel like they don’t need men or kids.

There is not such thing as equality in terms of outcome. Someone will always lose and women have a problem with that when its them that lose.

That's so sad, culture, media, society, movies/tv shows, music industry, cultural reforms and so on are all pushing anti God, rhetoric and narrative and make every nonsense and fetish and perversion and hurt to self look trendy and so on. People start leaving God and doing things to fit in, to be more likable by others or more modern, trendy and end up hating God, Christianity, God given family structure, any form of authority and they become all trouble and me me me. I understand why she might think that way. However, if it was emotions specifically and the refusal to express them was the main cause for men taking themselves out, then the rate would have been higher in the past because back then you were told to walk everything off and rub dirt in it. But the rate has gone up dramatically since moving away from that generation of people.

Give a guess. People need to be comfortable with being wrong from time to time, so long as they can be comfortable changing their opinion when they receive new info that shows their original opinion was based on inaccurate info.

Men require different things emotionally than women do. We process emotions very differently as well. Traditional therapy, sitting with and talking about your emotional issues, is not necessarily the best way for a man to move forward. Women are way more socialized than men. Perhaps due to the "hunter/gatherer" structure of early humans. Men are way more solution minded and action minded. We cope, often, by solving the problem or taking SOME quantifiable action to do so.

The problem is that when the women were doing the work of the home and the child they were told that their worth was zero so men created women that wanted to be men.

Modern feminist want those positions without the effort it takes to get there, the responsibilities that come with it, nor the accountability when something goes wrong.

It's just a man's natural inclination to want to go out, work hard, provide, and take risks in the work force. That is the reason why they think there is such a bias against women leadership or "the wage gap", not because they're women.
