@jilliansundling2784As an American who has lived in three different countries, I can honestly state that the U.S. is the best at certain things and mediocre at many others. Quality of life is better in Spain and Italy as people truly know how to live. However, I'd much rather receive medical care in the U.S. than Spain or Italy. I could go on forever, but the point is, there is no Shangri-la.

@rudydeperio4472The American governmental system is mostly two parties (Democrats and Republicans). Sad truth is they are both opposite sides of the same bent coin. They work for the 1%, Big Banks, Wall Street, Big Agra, Big Pharma, Big Energy, about every two years they put on a song and dance to convince the American Public. That they are working for them, they are not. They are making sure the American Public are getting just enough scraps, so the system stays the same. America will NEVER change for the better till the two-party system in America evolves to a multi-party system.

@jae4073People are confusing their love of the Idea of America vs their love for the reality that is America. When you slice America up most people will complain freely about those slices. Make all the slices whole and they immediately wrap up in a flag.
