@swagdragon8260The fed should do a year at 5% fha and va mortgages. Then a do a year at 5.25%. Then a year at 5.5%. Not an ARM but new mortgages. After that the housing economy should be fixed. Otherwise, we can just keep it frozen until it maths out on its own.
