IonQ is the laughing stock of the actual quantum computing research community. They are outdoing themselves with incompetence, the quantum networking paper they published was riddled with typos, a missing paragraph. They published another study, non peer reviewed of course, by a bunch of Nigerians, and the study had a copy paste from IonQ's marketing. It is a pump and dump scam. You aren't ever going to do anything that an Apple-II cpu can't do with something that has 1 millisecond plus latency

We have discovered a planet outside of galaxy which is full of unknown elements but these could be material of high importance for the advancement of human race. We yet do not know how to use them but we are hopeful. Only challenge we have, this planet is multibillion light years away from earth. Linear travel may not be feasible even with hundreds of years of investment so we have started looking other approaches and we are hopeful we will be there in few years. SOUNDS FAMILIAR!!!
