Inside Pakistani Factory – 20kW High Voltage Electric Motor Manufacturing from Scrap
For this hand craft pakistani fan still hard built and long lasting, even running for decades to decades.
Inside a Pakistani factory, watch the complete process of manufacturing a 20kW high voltage electric motor from scrap materials. This amazing workshop showcases skilled workers turning old motor scrap into a powerful industrial electric motor using traditional and modern techniques.
🔑 Key Highlights
Buyer:"How long is the warranty on this product?"
Manufacturer:"10 seconds".
😂😅
• Scrap motor dismantling and sorting
• Copper winding and coil rewinding process
old motor
• Stator and rotor assembly
• 20kW high voltage motor building
Old style
• Testing and final finishing
• Pakistani workshop skills and engineering
i can hear the minions in the background, make sense now :D
From dismantling scrap motors, cleaning and rewinding copper coils, assembling the stator and rotor, to final testing — every step of the electric motor manufacturing process is shown in detail. This is a perfect example of scrap recycling, waste to wealth, and Pakistani engineering skills.
If you are interested in factory processes, heavy machinery, electric motor rebuilding, and recycling techniques, this video will give you deep insight into real industrial work.

Whatever it takes survive
@edringweeko3419rotor balance?
@mhmdhsyngrrI mean we can laugh all we want but this is recycling for real. In the west we collect plastic bottles, sends them over to China to melt them down and create a dedicated water bottle witha special cap and some text and then sends it back and sell for €30, totally ignoring the environmetal impact of the transport, the manufacturing and the fact that you just could have used the fucking bottle you sent away in the first place.
@hellion9547It is scandalous that these people have to do everything to survive. The makers of these videos should also be deeply ashamed; they earn a lot of money with their YouTube videos.
@dashon977These people seriously have no concept of protection at all. No gloves, barefoot or only wearing simple sandals/slippers, no eye protection and mask. Imagine all the health problems these people are getting.
@BACKSTABBER9000-k7kThe sped up "humphs" are sending me 😆
@nohahthegreatThese videos show up right when you try to quit Satisfactory
@PromeTheUS-v1yВ рекомендациях сразу выдало ролик, как делают двигатели в Японии. Не сказать что там все автоматизированно, но разница конечно большая
@РустамСултанов-м1цno conocen seguridad industrial
@bismarckhersonportilloramo2469I believe they can make the Iron man suit in a cave.
@敢林良De verdad que me sorprende este tipo de personas que puedan fabricar un motor de cero aquí en el Perú no podemos fabricar ni un pinche jaboncillo
@borisumireguevara8257They are honest and creative workers. Obviously, they don't use proper protective equipment and machinery not because they don't want to, but because they have no choice, they don't have access to them. I'm seeing several insensitive or unempathetic comments on this video. To those who are criticizing, you wouldn't last a single day if you were in their shoes. Respect to be respected.
@vininha00Hope they get some money from the video.
@MaxWright7Great work
@Bmskillshdsounds like kids in the background are having a blast bro why are they near the workshop
@Scoobie_dooPakistan have powerful and experienced man so why pakistan manufacture own cars motor cycle ets only on reason AMERICA AND ARMY GENERALS
@jahangirahmad7939Спец.одежда у них обалденная, особенно обувь😊
@ВладМВРThe minions were responsible for the audio
@WswxyzThe guy doing the internal wiring is a master at his craft!! I can tell he is proud of what he’s doing, and he weaves it altogether in a wonderfully skilled dance. Yep I’m impressed at these hand built motors! 😁 God bless them for helping to make the world run. I wish they were actually paid in their skilled value.
@infinitegodaikinbrent8174Did they only machined one side of the cover fit? No rotor balancing also...
@stormlink3374Safety Level - Just Not Die
@aes9217Using a heavy ground tamping tool, close to your feet, while balancing on a raised platform... that takes HERCULES SIZED TESTICLES!!! 😂
@BoomstickRN99its working but terrible work. on any part ..
@blaub4rperfectly aligned and prerusted! great
@sixstringmaniaNice motors bro. Whats the average lifespan of such engine with 0 quality control, 2000yo tools and manufacturing process? If any of those engines run more than 10km I would be very impressed.
@OwnedGamer96Automation is necessary .Lack precision 😢
@ashoknachimuthu9224Reminds me of the 1st Iron Man movie in the cave.
@MosqueetoIt's a piece of garbage!
@harrybond007Wait Teco is from tiwan?
@gunnlauguregillsteindorsso742Never knew i was OCD until watching this!
@americafirst8201Imagine going through all that to have to sell each and everyone as scratch and dent!

@TeamBlindMouseInhaling this video gave me every conceivable kind of cancer... Those poor dudes... Come on, Pakistani government, these guys deserve better!
@rasbud4124Pakistani peoples has lots of potential, but their govt too busy dreaming Kashmir, which they can never get anyway
@52sec1901I hope all of these workers get all the money those motors are at least a thousand each now
@normanmitchell2100I worked in a steel mill I thought we had it bad aluminum does melt alot cooler but pretty much the same with no machines helping at all he made the molds and the cores good job brother
@normanmitchell2100That powder won't harden in your lungs or anything
@normanmitchell2100Hello
