@Sgt.wigglewormFirst time we went in thought what a great shop the staff were sound then second trip to them we got into an argument because they went super covid on us spoke to us like utter dog dirt the mrs went mad we ended up slightly arguing left they missed out on a customer who came to buy fish and would of continued too if this hadn’t of happened I’m now buying from sims tropical fish every other week now

@aarondavies8486Wish my local town in Chico CA had a pet shop...we have chain shops but very poor quality of fish, and way overpriced. When I was younger I managed a shop called Pet's Etc., and I ran the aquatic area and birds, but sold Tons of Fritz products. After I left the shop, it went out of business. Quality help makes all the difference in the world!!! 🐠🐟🐡🦂🦀🦐🐙🐌
