Data and security specialists are in high demand especially with clearances. Skilled developers will still be needed but not at the scale required today. Haven’t messed with the new models from claude and gpt but i was not impressed by the older models ability to write even basic yaml scripts for ansible let alone hundreds of lines of code.

They are just decision makers, even rule based programs is enough to replace them , we have chess ai for a decade now we have llm , auto driving as quick decision maker from 1000s of lidar points
If a owner of the company is a techie he knows replacing CEOa and directors is the best choice and for the same cost to company he can hire 1000 brains and 2000 hands to work for him and bring more productivity. Smart owners will think in that way, but dump Wallstreet finance persons don't have that knowledge 😂. If everything is done by AI. How will the economy sustain. There won't be any economic activity happening. Corporates will only benefit. Atleast in India, direct taxation will drastically reduce resulting in government loosing out on the revenue
