I'm retiring in the next few years, 58 now, pulling the trigger at 60. Plus, I'm tired of all this Seattle, WA rain. Trust me, leaving is a pay raise. Last year in property tax, I paid 12k; gas right now is 6.50. I am a veteran with a disability rating. I want to retire in peace, not somebody telling me what I can and cannot do.

It also has a huge boating, fishing, pickleball, and skateboarding culture.
