South East Florida sucks! South West Florida is where you go if you want to move to South Florida.

All those places are horrible go to new Jersey he just trying to rip people off with over priced homes if you go in a summer time, there's nobody even there.Everything's vacation homes florida is only good for the ultra wealthy normal people that move there hate it after 6 months yea he mentions the rich and famous exactly everyone else it sucks for them . Dont go unless you got millions you will be sorry !!!

The Gulf Coast is awful. Stay away!

We have lived in West Delray Beach since 2014 and it was truly what was described. However, now the city of Delray Beach is very crowded and Atlantic Ave is one of the annoying roads to drive on due to the unrelenting traffic. Everything is overpriced when it comes to homes, home maintenance, and everyday expenditures. I recommend trying Northern Florida.

What about Palm City. They start building a downtown that will be done by spring off coming year. Martin Down Boulder will connect within Map road.

I was born, raised, worked and retired in South Florida. I had to get the hell out if there. The traffic, congestion, crime and expense drove me from my home. I’ve happily retired to Central Florida, north of Orlando, and I couldn’t be happier. Housing costs are less than half than down south, much less traffic and much less crime. Open areas of forests and rolling hills not far from the cities.

Move there if you love traffic and a really high HVAC bill!

Delray has normal people. Boca, the city right to its south is filled with incredible snobs who think they are ever so special.

Great video I live in Jupiter myself I started when I came to Florida in Miami moved up to fort Lauderdale and then up to West Palm Beach Palm Beach county rather because my parents were there and my father had a stroke so I wanted to be closer to them. Now I live in Jupiter it's great every restaurant you can think of all kinds of food easier to get around I'm done with the nightlife you know I'm 72 years old but I'm not immobile I get around great I go where I want to go and it's a beautiful place and the people are pretty laid back more of the Florida type person lives in Jupiter the the long-term Florida person Great video like I said keep going I'm checking you out thank you

Do not agree with Pompano, Lighthouse point or anything below Palm beach. There are some tough neighborhoods in Pompano.

When you say "affordable homes" define affordable.

Because for most people any home over $200,000 is not affordable.

And then there's the absurd cost of homeowners insurance. And as if that's not enough when people put in claims, they're either outright denied for some stupid reason or it's like pulling teeth to get a check and even then it's rarely enough to cover the value of the home.

These insurance companies want per month what would almost be equal to a rent in other states just for premiums and then they screw the policy holder.

Lived in Florida since 1993, fortunately I never experienced problems with work and hurricanes. Enjoying my life with good food, beautiful beaches and accessibility to Tampa International airport which is only 20 min drive from home.

as a third generation jupiter native this entire town and the greater juno/PBG area has been ruined by development.

what was once a coastal low country with people riding four wheelers to publix and parking their swamp buggies in their driveway has become a yankee transplant hotspot.

don’t come to jupiter or south florida in general if you won’t respect the environment and local culture. best domt come at all.

South FL is super overpopulated; I suggest not making a move here unless you enjoy traffic similar to LA. This is not a place for anyone who's not super wealthy at this point.
