Josh, I love your videos and reviews, but don't understand your downgrading of foods when you didn't think they had enough salt.

Saltiness is a personal taste, and you can always add more if you want, but you can't remove it if was included in the cooking process.

Fast foods/restaurant foods/processed foods all contain way too much salt and fat to be healthy for us. No matter how old we are.

When I was much younger, I craved salt, and sometimes would just put some on the palm of my hand and eat it.

But I cooked for my mom for 16 years, and she had blood pressure issues, so I learned to cook relatively salt-free, and seldom miss the lack of salt due to the other seasonings I add to my recipes.

Please rethink downgrading foods because you don't think they are salty enough for YOUR tastes. I am sure that there are many more people happy with the lack of unnecessary and unwanted salt in these foods.
