Loved this video! It’s so cool that you tested so many tools. I’ve been looking into Notion because it seems like it can do so much, but I wasn’t sure if it was right for me. Now I’m more inclined to give it a go. Appreciate the recommendations!

Love this format — actually testing tools rather than just listing them is the only way to know what holds up. Since you cover browser tools, I'll mention something I built: Tab Suspender Pro. My criteria for a keeper: does zero when you don't need it, works immediately when you do. It auto-suspends tabs you haven't touched in a while and restores them instantly on click. No accounts, no syncing, no telemetry, no permissions beyond what it needs. The whitelist feature lets you permanently exclude any site from suspension. It's been in my browser for years and I genuinely forget it's there — which is exactly what a good utility tool should feel like.

Try out one application if you need something for phone - GeniusDoc AI. It helps you folderize, summarize, deep search bar, Snip & AI asks, etc. Basically you can identify the documents without opening it.
Useful for students and individuals with loads of different types of documents - medical, investments, travel etc.

⌚️ TIMESTAMPS
Man, this is a lot. Something I need to do and I encourage others to do regularly is list out all the apps that you use and figure out where you can weed some things out. Most of us spend too much time on social media and electronics in general.
