So, you have been to Kerala to learn kalarippayattu. 😄 I don't think you have to wear that, i have taken class for 3 months wearing shorts. Its hard, but its very good for body. Do you still practice it ?

I know it would be daunting, and it may even be against the spirit of the channel but it would be REALLY cool to keep a running number and list of names of all the fruits you have tried. You could even create a public list of fruits that your viewers suggest. This would allow your viewers to get more involved and you just know those viewers you keep coming back to see if you have tackled any on the list.

No way this is incredible!!…Chiku… I think that’s the fruit I had probably 20-25 years ago now…I was down in Florida at some kind of walk-through edible Orchard and it was a fruit that tasted like pumpkin pie or like pumpkin and sugar and it looked just like that it had like a brown rind on it with a brown interior. It was soft and delicious and I will never forget that fruit! Truly remarkable.

There's something existential to the phrase "I will run out before the fruit does." Here is a man who has dedicated his life to trying every fruit, and he he's barely tasted a rounding error of what Earth has to offer. There's such an overwhelming amount of variety on the planet, and life is so fleeting, that even such a simple quest as documenting all of its fruits is a monumental, almost sisyphean task. No one person will ever likely taste every edible fruit. Somewhere there's probably some delicious fruit hidden deep in an isolated mountain valley that's never even been tasted at all. Jared has only tasted 1% of the planet's fruits, and most people will only ever taste a few percent of the amount he has. We will never truly be able to know quite all of the delicious delights from our little blue-green marble.

sour soap(graviola) é uma fruta bem tranquila e comumente não causa mal estar se não comer semente e nem a casca. Deve ter sido outra coisa

I love fruit too but you are super brave trying some of those fruits! Have you tried Medlar fruit? It has to be bletted first but is great taste wise but looks like something you would not want to eat.
I hope you get to try at least 10 % in your life😊 good luck I love watching you and often refer to your show before I buy or grow a new fruit that I haven't tried before so thank you ❤️.

I just discovered your videos so I don’t know the answer to this. Have you tried Schisandra berries and Goumi berries yet ? I planted Goumi and there’s a couple different cultivars .
Also have you tried Paw Paws ? There’s a Paw Paw festival here in NC!

17:56 on that note, did you ever find yourself to be allergic to any of these fruits? I find that as americans, we are prone to so many more allergies then outside of the US.

14:42 I learned a lot about monkeys watching monkey videos and they have a hierarchy so you feeding the ones that are staying back makes them fight. The ones that come first are the ones you're supposed to feed first otherwise they will go and beat up on the other ones for taking food before them. Just didn't know if you knew that or not

@KaseyKessler

How many varieties are there so far that we know of? ❤ Every single one of them screams to be eaten.

1 year ago i was given some wild blackberries by my girlfriend. This remined me of my childhood picking blackberries and making pies with my family. I went crazy. I picked way too many to know what to do with, so I started making jam out of it and experimenting with the flavors. This gave me a desire to understand all flavors that fruits can hold. I started with the scary fruits in my local grocery stores, and then i started searching other places. My journey hasnt even taken me outside of Texas, but ive been able to try jackfruit, red flesh dragonfruit, Rambutan, cocoa, kumquats, yuzu, marikut lime, mamey sapote, passion fruit, and more. Watching these videos inspires me on my next fruit goal, and I also want to go on a fruit journey to try every fruit(and vegetable) in the world, although you have best me to documentation. I am honestly jealous of your popularity with reviewing fruit, but you still entertainin me very well, so i cant be mad.
