Marriage isn’t a business transaction, it’s a covenant. Divorcing doesn’t make it a business transaction. It’s simply that when people divorce, which we shouldn’t, there are possible things that are to be split legally according to different states. This doesn’t make it a business transaction, they are just certain legalities that go along with the process of divorce. I wish divorce didn’t exist. I wish people could stay married for life, like God intended. We tend to forget that.

Somebody please explain to me why this woman should receive her ex-husbands money.
Quit the man, you quit the benefits.

She’s preparing to cash in. Men get raked over the coals, women cash out. We are ATM’s and I would never do it again. Ever. There is not a chance in hell .
@Presidentialrun2028Dave always goes easy on the women and tears into the men when it comes divorce/relationship issues. Every time. Tells the man that its his fault and that marriage means "us" not "i" when the man mentions wanting to protect his money. When its the woman, he gives them strategies, and tells the women how to get the man back in line.
@ErikGonzalez-ob9ozSo he makes 90k and she makes 50k with 160k student debt. No house or 401k to show for after 22 years of marriage. Then complain about his handling of money?
This make me feel I am doing great in life. Thanks
She STILL has student debt after 22 years??
@vori18“Maybe he thinks you’re bluffing. Maybe when you walk out that door Bubba will get his act together”
Or maybe, just maybe, he’ll be glad to be rid of an insufferable harpy…….
Her - “we don’t see eye to eye on money”
Translation - My husband won’t let spend, spend, spend so I’ll divorce him and take everything I can get from him.
Jesus $160,000 in student loan debt and you’re only making 50 grand a year?
This man better fucking run
She should try save the marriage assuming their is no domestic abuse not really feeling it is not a good enough reason to end the marriage
@jmc4365"Give Bubba a wake up call"?
@Jim-w9sI’m in therapy without my spouse! It started with both of us! And it’s left with me! He is right about the transaction! Throat provides support!!!! Because trust me I was scared!!!
@christinadukesofficialI can tell that she is 100 percent of the problem in this relationship. I bet after the divorce this guy grows leaps and bounds!
@wootwoot1075I was married 22 years. I tried to save the marriage but I reached the point of no return. A church leader wanted us to go to counseling but I was 47 years old and had spent so much of my life in this marriage I didn't want to waste any time.
@monabiehl6213150k in student loan debt for a 50k a year job?!
@AllenBentleyGovernment makes marriage a business transaction 😢
@jerrydemars1989Never married ❤
@tinabrenner3562don't get married guys
@cipryan96This video really hit home for me. The way it talks about love and second chances made me think of my own situation. My fiancé left me after five years, and I’ve been struggling to move on
@user-ig9hr4en2wI bet that was a really awful divorce back then.
@momof2momof2Its always women 😂
@sa34wWay too lenient on this lady Dave…..Obviously she put zero into this marriage and $160k into future promises she didn’t keep. 😮
@richardsanchez7709That is not true. If you took the student loan during the marriage, it is considered a marital debt.
@Robinaa26I was set to retire in four months at the age of 50. My wife of six years decided last week that she wants a divorce. She refused marriage counseling and told me that she is taking half of the house that I purchased and a good portion of my 401k. When we met, she had nothing. Now after being married to me for six years she’s getting around $450k. I’m sick realizing this was likely her plan all along.
@HondoSauceHow do you amass $160K in student loan debt and only have a job paying $50K a year?
Dave was much too calm and even handed with this woman. SHE, like 80+% of women, decided to end the marriage, and she is looking to screw over her spouse, out of spite.
This lady is a b*tch. Why should the husband have anything to do with her student loan debt?
@Chet_24Solid advice
@DWAZ529I am worrying now
@theocline9076Typical female behavior. You know she racked up the debt and filed for the divorce.
@JohnJackson-e9zI found out a marriage becomes a contract the day you jump the broom
@TerryPowers-rn9tzWow the audacity to get out of personal debt thru divorce. No morals
@TerryPowers-rn9tz"Oh, we're just not on the same page" = I've been cheating.
@banderson5676And they say no one plans to fail.
@James_HoughI made a horrible investment and would like to saddle my soon to be ex with it. Smh
@beardy7124I have 160K in student loans and I make $50K per year? Guess there is no cure for stupid.
@kathryncashner32940:44 yeah,... NO
@mmeyerr7867Only divorce attorneys win in a divorce.
@WakeupAmerica77730 years for me. You will survive but the grief is life changing.
@WakeupAmerica777Woman in her 40's racks up $160,000 in debt, making 50 a year, and decides her best option is to leave her husband because "we just don't see eye to eye on money."
@durayenterprisesllc4440She’s calling trying to get her money in place, the goal, her goal at least, is not to fix the marriage or turn the corner on it. And it’s irresponsible to say without really knowing what’s going on that saving the marriage would be the best outcome.
@sjaykay9884She doesn’t need a quack.
@EmilyGloeggler7984I thought her debt is marital debt??
@Foxie635Yes. Divorce becomes transactional. Why have such a large student loan making $50k?
@Foxie635
