We’ve been covering the story of how a single phone call between two drama queen grown men - Josh Johnson and Officer Tonga of the American Fork Police Department - somehow escalated into a worldwide internet phenomenon that has permeated every layer of content and discussion in our society. Everything from lawyers on YouTube to stand-up comedy - and even regular TV news. In my last video I explained how that one phone call turned into Reckless Ben and his friend Tyler being illegally detained by the American Fork Police Department that very first day. PTSD is partly definable by:
“Do you feel as though your life has changed for the worse, after the EVENT? Do you feel fearful, sad, different in some way, as if you are now a completely different person than before the EVENT?”
This is PTSD.
Although it’s not necessarily Diagnostic- the answer to those “before” and “after” questions would help me diagnose PTSD.

This hole Police corps needs to be removed and every officer involved be sewed just to set the excample by just going along with a civilian that tryes to use this.

@DavidPimentelHawkins allegedly sees a "constriction which is dilated" which is impossible -- those are polar opposites; constricted means contracted, compressed, smaller, and dilated means expanded, enlarged. And that after turning off the body cam, and conspiring to do a drug search without cause, I really hope that particular bastard cop gets brought up on charges. Well, at least Tyler got a wake-up call up about what police are actually like..

Fun fact about the drug alert dogs: they’re actually not that effective. More often than that, they rely on the subconscious bias of their handlers to decide whether to alert or not. I mean the trained to alert so that they get treats. I believe it’s a different story for the cadaver alert dogs, but I could be wrong. It sort of like a clever hans situation. Look it up, it’s a pretty fun story of a very clever horse that could absolutely definitely do maths.

I think the problem is the guy, being fairly respectable in the LDS community, essentially put himself in a corner. He just wasn’t aware he’d been recorded on everything, but I think by the time it all came down he had to just keep lying. He’s probably a reasonably nice guy, thought he’d get away with it and then just kept lying until finally the truth was outed and his reputation ruined, which now they want to settle. Dude burned himself.
