How does it work?

The primary target frequency is 40 Hz. However, if you keep listening to the same frequency too often, it can reduce its effectiveness. This is known as habituation. To overcome this, I have randomised the isochronic tones between random frequencies in the 39.5Hz to 40.5Hz range.

I now create the individual music tracks for my mixes using AI, then manually edit and remaster them. I used to license those from stock music libraries, but AI gives me much more creative control, as I can curate tracks that blend well together and fit the goal of the isochronic tones session.

The rest of my process hasn't changed. I still manually set the playlist order, mix the transitions, layer in my isochronic tones, and add amplitude modulations to the music that sync with the tones. The brainwave entrainment part of my tracks is the core of what this channel does, and that part is always created by me.
