You need to make sure you have the tip of the needle well enough into the fluid so you can draw it up into your syringe.That will require watching it and adjusting it. That may be why you are having problems still.

@emanu7665Your videos are a HUGE help. I’m in med-surg1 right now. My instructor flew through this and didn’t really understand. Thank you so much for taking the time to explain ea step and why.
@NurseGinnyRNIn the uk it’s advised to wear gloves because if the medication spills onto your skin, that will have an accumulative effect. So when you need that medicine later on it may not be as affective.
@reuben3694How is it possible to turn upside down the ampoule and no liquid spills ? #5:43
@ionutpiglesan8348Great demonstration 👏👏👏❤️❤️👍👍🙏🙏

@halleykaye208Wonderful information..Thanks
Please demonstrate injections also in patient or colleagues
Tried and still cannot get the fluid to go into the needle..it takes a back n forth multiple times to get fluid to into the needle..and usually have air bubbles that take up a ton of med to be squirted back in inorder to get them out..this is a mess
@michaelgangale366The liquid does come out when you tip it over??
@chris09423Thank you for the video.
Question....instead of wasting the leftover, can’t one draw the medicine into a couple of other sterile syringes and store it safely?
I’m my case, I have ampules of injectable vitamins and can not inject the entire amount. And I hate wasting the rest because it’s expensive! Can one divide it into 3 syringes, recap needles, and store in fridge, and use it during the week?
Thank you
Nice tutorials from a very beautiful lady...❤️
@knowledgerevelations1962Thank you🙏🏿
@GMpieceI am a student nurse entering my second semester and starting clinicals soon; my instructors didn't properly teach any of this. I feel a lot more confident for my clinicals now. This is one of the most through and clearly presented videos I have found on the topic. Thank you so much!
@miri384what about the rest of the medication from the ampule .. throw away?
@MarinYT80Thank you so much for this video!
