What a bonkers timesuck with the one big tile taking up half the screen. Do designers think we all have bad eyesight? At least give us the option of a compact layout. And, OMG the big MODAL when you hover over something for a second. Just, no. I'm gonna watch some shows and then cancel again. Thoroughly unenjoyable.

Netflix, why did you remove the “New & Hot” section and replace it with “Clips”? Nobody cares about those clips, they literally spoil shows 😤

“New & Hot” actually helped us find new stuff and see upcoming releases.

This is objectively one of the worst user experiences I've ever had the displeasure of using and whoever came up with this legitimately deserves to be fired and never work in UX again. Who removes the ability to get "More Info" before choosing something to watch and forcing it into my continue watching? Disgusting.

Why when I clicked the film, it automatically played the film, not showing the synopsis??
