How to Train Yourself to Eat Spicy Foods
Video Overview & Insights
What's the hottest pepper you've ever eaten? Was it a jalapeño? The fiery ghost pepper? Or was it the face-melting Carolina reaper? Eating one of these atomic chilis is not for the faint of heart. But could you train yourself to handle the heat? Well, bust out the milk because today we're going to put your taste buds to the test. This is Your Body On: Training to Eat Spicy Foods. Lucky for you, genetics don't play a role in spice tolerance. The love of spicy food can be acquired over time.

Spicy Ramen is good
And noodles
The photo is difficult to find, but I know it's in Noah's Apple iCloud gallery. He snapped a photo of me shortly after my consumption of Da Bomb hot sauce. My sinus was dripping and I was looking upwards at the dot on my eyeball which nobody else saw. It reminds me about the eternally final ever night in London, England, UK, EU, Europe, Earth. I always knew white lies would haunt myself but I never realized they haunted me so soon and early. I can hear the scratches of zombies inside their brains through the devices in their heads. They were never my friends but rather refugees of a worse wartime economy.
@largestudent198You may have trained your mouth don't forget your stomach owe and after that it has to leave 🥵
@smokingunclefrank6037I love spicy food
@baileyryan488Guys this video actually works, after watching this video, for weeks and weeks ive been eating buldak then after 1 month i became tolerant to buldak and started to not freak out about about the spiciest ones when eating them,
i did this method :
Make sure you have a buldak on your plate or any spicy noodles or maybe any spicy foods tbh, then take just a small bite of the food and swallow it, then wait for your mouth to cool down. After a while when your mouth finally cools down take another bite and do the same thing.
Try doing it for atleast 1 month or weeks and then if you do all of those try eating the spicy foods without stopping. You will start noticing differences that you can barely feel any spice when you eat them.
Make sure to not drink water because it makes it more WORSE.
Hope this helps!
Me eating spicy bulwark ramen while watching this😂
@Yash-veer1Been eating spicy foods for 20+ years, some people (like me) just can't digest it right. But it's worth it ;)
@Alex-u4e7bonly watching this so i can handle my 7/11 fried chicken rn
@fatigue1721. The placenta of the pepper contains all the heat. Not the seeds. Seeds are a bit spicey because they grow on the placenta.
2. Tabasco does not have 50.000 SHU. Only the tabasco pepper itself has 50.000 SHU. The sauce is only 5000 SHU
Video sucks
I want to build my spice tolerance but the only problem is going to the bathroom 2 days later to get a burning surprise 😢
@BritishRailwaySpotterI klicked on this video because I bought Buldak ramen for the first time and did not know how much spicy sauce you should have 😂
@Gummigrodan555When something is distracting me I don't feel the heat or the spice ex:I'm eating spicy food but I'm watching YouTube
@ronandremag-aso2499Bought a bag of cheetos, couldn't finish it
@mbsgI have a theory: MOST people that think they can 'Take the Challenge' are NOT avid spice enjoyers.
@opieangstbro I eat 8 Carolina reaper like nothing i am 13
@rohiagarwal2942Capsaicin is found in the pith of the pepper, not the seeds
@IAmAshleyBailezI love spicy food but one slice of a jalapeno has me sweating and crying and sobbing lol.
@donwald3436It takes time to build tolerance I eat spicy stuff everyday and my tolerance is pretty high I can eat reapers on sandwiches the more you eat it the more your tolerance gets right now my tolerance is at a chocolate primotali which is way hotter than a reaper

@literallyme893I’m trying to eat takies so I need this
@themiddleschooldiariesTry a drop of Scorpion Pepper hot sauce and see what that does. It's amazing!
@DS-fi4hfTo train your tollerance you should not cool down your mouth. It is better to eat something you can barely stand and just let the spicyness fade away by itself. In general your digestive system needs a bit longer to build up tollerance than your tastebuds. So be careful or you will fight for your life on the toilet the next day...
@amyn6337In fact the heat primarily from the inner white part of the chillies. These are the chillis glands and the seeds getting their spicyness from there.
@amyn6337The heat isn't in the seeds. It's in the oils the placenta produces.
@andrewjohnson1873Getting it down is whatever. Getting it OUT is the part I always hate.
@TrueSouthern47Capsaicin is not in the seeds it’s in the pith
@KingofThePortblack people over reacts to eating pepper
@Dylan-qj8gjCap-say-sin...
@resin_fingersBlue heat takis😅
@Carslovercars2Its the chilli juice that is the capsaicin source not the seeds otherwise powder wouldn't have heat due to lack of seeds😏
@michaelpain1I’ve been eating a Carolina reaper every week for three weeks now, it’s slowly but surely becoming more manageable
