It took me years and a divorce forcing me to be alone to realize that a lot of people who you think are helping you and I believe in their minds they are are actually bringing you down. I’ve personally dealt with family who thrives on sickness as if it were something heroic when they could actually exercise and change their diet and it would solve the problems they are having but they choose to listen to the doctors and not help themselves. If I ever hear someone say ( nearly everyone says it) “ THE DOCTOR SAID THIS IS THE WORSE CASE HE HAS EVER SEEN) I get away from them immediately and try to avoid them. Peoples comments affect you tremendously! I use to be that negative guy and didn’t realize it. I thank GOD for all the years of loneliness and one friend who I met on a dating app turn me down because I was so negative and introduced men to the Secret to get me going on this journey.
