Great explanation of form and technique thank you. I had hip surgery 2 years ago and I can start playing some again. I have had to relearn a lot to compensate. Watching some of your playing and explanations has really helped. I can't put as much power into my swing but the proper forms are helping me get a little more distance and consistency. If you ever have any ideas for those that have had hip replacements I would love to hear them. Thanks

Okay I have been trying this for several hours and my 7 iron is going straight but only spinning a little over 2500 rpm. Is it entirely normal for the spin rate to be so low when using this swing technique? I swing the club about 82 to 85 miles per hour

4:56 is arguably the most important/overlooked lesson. The weak grip combined with the end range of motion with the wrist and shoulder is just like Moe Norman's and allows him to have less variables and great consistency at speed while driving the trail arm down the target line. I also want to add that Moe Norman has another range of motion where his lead arm thumb/wrist is pronated, similar to the end of an over the top cast motion with a fishing pole. Thank you Bryson for your value to the golf community, I wish so much that we could have that in depth wrist video you hinted at, I find it so interesting and it seems to not be in the part two. Either way, we appreciate you Bryson.

Doubt you will reply.. but do you build up the tape underneath the jumbo grips? I just blow mine on and have the xl and my fingers still hit my heel pad and i do not have big hands so seeing your fingers so far from your palm is weird to me

Whats yalls thoughts your lead arm being straight like he said? It makes sense to me. I am a roller coaster of a golfer. Shot an 89 last weekend but ive shot 7 under on a 2 day tournament. Recently I noticed I have slowmo on my phone have been recording myself and my lead elbow bends a good bit even at impact. Do yall think that is a good indicator as to why im so inconsistent?
